The design for the expansion of the established garden city of Geissenstein in Lucerne is intended to build on what has gone before, add new features and new accents of community life.
The six proposed new replacement buildings will enable
further development of the existing settlement while at the same time strengthening existing open spaces and creating a new neighborhood entrance with a community pavilion.

The scale of the buildings is strongly oriented towards the existing and expands the cooperative's residential offering with new forms of neighborhood forms of neighborhood and community gardens. The garden will be connected by the

natural balance between buildings and outdoor space as well as the need for community and privacy.
